1. Boil the Water with the TeaAdd 1 heaped teaspoon of Masala Chai to 150 ml of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 2–3 minutes to allow the spices to infuse. |
2. Add Milk & Simmer AgainAdd 100 ml of milk and simmer for another 2–4 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a stronger brew, simmer longer. |
3. Strain & Sweeten (Optional)Strain into a cup and sweeten to taste with your preferred sweetener. |
