Add to cart and feel the comfort settle in.

Echinacea has an earthy, gently floral profile with a clean herbal lift, so it shines alongside bright citrus, soft florals, warming spice and naturally sweet accents. Try pairing it with any of the following:

  • A drizzle of light Australian honey or a touch of maple to round the edges.

  • Lemon or orange peel, apple or pear slices, or a few dried berries for a lively lift.

  • Peppermint or spearmint for a cool finish; lemon balm for calm; a pinch of elderflower or rose for a soft perfume.

  • Fresh ginger, a whisper of cinnamon, or a sliver of liquorice root for gentle sweetness.

You can also blend it with other teas to enhance your experience

  • Echinacea + Peppermint (2:1) for crisp, refreshing clarity

  • Echinacea + Hibiscus & Rosehip (2:1:1) for a bright, ruby-red tang

  • Echinacea + Lemongrass & Ginger (1:1) for a zesty, spa-like cup

  • Echinacea + Rooibos (1:1) for a round, honeyed finish

Instructions

1. Boil fresh water

Start by boiling fresh, filtered water. Fresh water ensures the best flavour and allows the natural oils in the peppermint leaves to fully infuse the tea.

2. Measure the tea

Use about 1 tablespoon of dried peppermint leaves for every 8 oz (240 ml) of water.

3. Steep the tea

Once the water is boiling, pour it over the Echinacea tea in your cup or teapot. Let it steep for 10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the more intense the flavour.

4. Optional Add-ins

Honey or stevia can be added to balance the mint’s natural coolness with a touch of sweetness.
A squeeze of lemon or a few slices of ginger can add extra flavour and provide additional health benefits.

5. Enjoy!

Once your tea has steeped to your liking, strain the leaves. Sip and enjoy!
