Instructions

1. Boil fresh water

Start by boiling fresh, filtered water. Fresh water ensures the best flavour and helps extract the beneficial compounds from the nettle leaves.

2. Measure the tea

Use about 0.5-1 teaspoon of dried nettle leaves per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.

3. Steep the tea

Once the water has boiled, pour it over the nettle leaves in your cup or teapot. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger and more flavorful the tea will be.

4. Optional Add-ins

Honey or stevia can be added to sweeten the tea if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
A slice of lemon or a few sprigs of mint can add extra flavor and make the tea even more refreshing.

5. Enjoy!

After steeping, remove the leaves and enjoy the earthy, green taste of your Nettle Tea.

For an extra refreshing twist, you can also chill the tea in the fridge and enjoy it iced.
