Organic Chamomile Tea – Your Perfect Moment of Calm
Origin: Egypt
Gently unwind with our Organic Chamomile Tea—1st-grade Egyptian blossoms that brew to a luminous golden cup with soft floral aromatics and a gentle, honeyed sweetness.
Organic whole flower heads (Matricaria recutita), grown in Egypt without synthetic pesticides or herbicides for a minimum of three years, deliver a clean, delicate finish you can feel good about.
Naturally caffeine-free, it’s the soothing nightly ritual that helps you slow down and drift towards restful sleep.
With exceptional value—around 50 serves per 100 g—and a flavour that’s bright yet serene, this is the cup you’ll reach for whenever the day asks you to exhale.
Available in 50 g and 100 g pouches; add to your cart and let the quiet begin.
Use a drizzle of light Australian honey (yellow box, ironbark or orange blossom) to echo the floral sweetness or add some maple syrup for a rounder, cosy finish.
Alternatively, some lemon zest (not too much), pear or apple slices, will lift the cup without overpowering it.
Benefits
Not only is Chamomile tea delicious, it may also help with:
Sleep quality
Chamomile is well-known for its calming effects, thanks to an antioxidant called apigenin, which binds to brain receptors to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.
Stress and anxiety
Eases digestive issues
Relieves menstrual cramps
Boosts immunity
Anti-inflammatory Effects
Supports Heart Health
Soothes Skin Irritations
Improves Skin Health
Supports Blood Sugar Control
It’s important to note that while peppermint tea is generally safe for most people, it may not be suitable for those with acid reflux or GERD, as it can relax the lower esophageal sphincter and potentially exacerbate symptoms. As always, if you're unsure, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider.

Instructions
1. Boil fresh waterStart by boiling fresh, filtered water. Fresh water helps preserve the full flavour of the chamomile and ensures a clean, crisp taste. |
2. Measure the teaUse about 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers per 8 oz (240 ml) of water. |
3. Steep the teaOnce the water reaches a boil, pour it over the chamomile tea leaves or tea bag in your cup or teapot. Allow it to steep for 5 minutes. For a stronger, more aromatic cup, let it steep for a bit longer, but avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness. |
4. Optional Add-insHoney or stevia can be added for a touch of sweetness if desired. A squeeze of lemon can brighten the flavour and add an extra burst of freshness. A few mint leaves or a slice of ginger can enhance the tea for an added layer of soothing benefits. |
5. Enjoy!Once the tea has steeped to your liking, strain the loose leaves. Sip and enjoy the calming warmth of your chamomile tea. If you're making a larger batch, just scale up the measurements and steeping time accordingly. |
