Instructions
1. Boil fresh waterStart by boiling fresh, filtered water. Fresh water is ideal because it contains more oxygen, which helps bring out the full flavor of the raspberry leaf. |
2. Measure the teaUse about 1-2 teaspoons of Liquorice Root for every 240 ml (8 oz) of water. |
3. Steep the teaOnce the water is boiling, pour it over the Liquorice Root in your cup or teapot. Let it steep for 8 minutes for a strong, full flavor. If you prefer a milder taste, steep it for 5 minutes. |
4. Optional Add-insBlend with Peppermint tea for a lovely balanced flavour profile |
5. Enjoy!Once steeped to your liking, strain out the leaves. Sip and enjoy the refreshing, taste of your raspberry leaf tea! If you're making a larger batch, just scale up the measurements and steeping time accordingly. |
