Grown high in the misty mountains of China’s Fujian province, our certified organic White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) is harvested in early spring when the tea bushes reveal their first tender growth. Each bud-and-leaf pair is hand-picked, lightly processed and carefully sun-dried, preserving the natural beauty of the leaves and the purity of the season’s freshest tea.

The infusion glows a soft, shimmering gold, carrying delicate aromas of peony blossom and early spring air. Each sip reveals gentle notes of melon, fresh hay and cool floral sweetness, unfolding into a smooth, refreshing finish. Instructions

1. Boil Fresh, Filtered Water

Start with fresh, filtered water for the best taste. Bring the water to a rolling boil and then let cool to approx 80°C.

2. Measure the Tea

Use 1 tablespoon of White Peony tea per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.

3. Steep the Tea

Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and allow it to steep for 5 minutes. Adjust the steeping time based on your preference for strength.

4. Strain and Enjoy

Once the tea has steeped to your liking, strain the leaves. Now, enjoy your perfect cup of White Peony tea.
