Inspired by traditional Indian chai culture, our Organic Masala Chai Tea is a warming blend of premium black tea and aromatic spices including cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and black pepper. Hand-blended for balance and depth, this chai delivers a bold, full-bodied cup with layered spice and a gentle natural sweetness.

The infusion opens with fragrant cardamom and cinnamon, followed by the warmth of ginger and clove, all grounded by the structure of black tea. The result is a richly spiced yet balanced flavour profile that feels comforting, rounded and deeply aromatic without overwhelming the palate.

Instructions

1. Boil the Water with the Tea

Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Masala Chai to 150 ml of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 2–3 minutes to allow the spices to infuse.

2. Add Milk & Simmer Again

Add 100 ml of milk and simmer for another 2–4 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a stronger brew, simmer longer.

3. Strain & Sweeten (Optional)

Strain into a cup and sweeten to taste with your preferred sweetener.

4. Enjoy Hot

Sip slowly and enjoy the warming, spiced comfort of traditional chai.
